We had a wonderful experience with our travel agency on our recent trip to Shimla and Manali. The entire tour was well-organized, and the itinerary allowed us to enjoy all the major sights at a relaxed pace. Our driver was polite, helpful, and made the journey very comfortable. The hotel in Shimla was excellent — clean rooms, amazing hospitality, and the food was absolutely delicious. In comparison, the hotel in Manali could have been better in terms of food quality, but the overall stay was still pleasant and comfortable. While there were a few minor areas that could be improved, the positives far outweighed them. Overall, it was a memorable and smooth experience. Experience was great with him Gaurav travels. My flights got cancelled of alliance air. Him Gaurav travel arranged cab from Delhi to Chandigarh. Rest of my tour was great with this agency. Tour was like Day1 - Chandigarh to Manali. Day2 - Manali Local Sightseeing Day3 - Atal Tunnel - Sissu Day4 - Naggar Castle & Mall Road Day5 - Manali to Mannikaran Day6 - Kasol to Shimla. Tour went smooth with the agency. Sometimes driver denied late night drops but agency handled it smoothly. On last day agency also arranged airport drop from Shimla Mall Road to Shimla airport.
